MEET YOUR COACH

You do not have to rebuild your life alone.

Hi, I’m Britny. I offer practical, judgment-free life and recovery coaching for people ready to create healthier habits, stay accountable, and move forward.

I believe change starts with honest conversation and realistic steps. You can come as you are, whether recovery is part of your story, you’re rebuilding after a setback, or life is asking you to find a new direction.

A chance to talk, with no pressure to commit.

Britny Dunn, Life and Recovery Coach

WHY I COACH

A real conversation. A plan you can live with.

My approach brings together lived experience, work in behavioral health and recovery support, and practical accountability. I know that wanting things to change and finding a way to follow through each day can be two different things.

As a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, I’ve supported people in recovery settings and helped lead groups focused on wellness and relapse prevention. I have Motivational Interviewing training and am working toward a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Addiction & Recovery.

We’ll look at what matters to you, notice the strengths you already have, and choose a next step that fits your real life. Accountability should feel respectful and useful, never shaming.

HOW I WORK

Compassion. Accountability. Wholeness.

Compassion

A respectful space to be honest about where you are, without shame.

Accountability

Practical goals and check-ins that support progress through real life.

Wholeness

Room to consider routines, relationships, purpose, and the person you are becoming.

Coaching supports goals, habits, recovery, and life transitions. It is not therapy, medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.
